Returns & Exchanges
At Realism You have 14 days from the date of your purchase or the date that you received your order, to return something for exchange or store credit.

REFUND POLICY
- Refunds are only offered for merchandise that is found to be defective or has a manufacturer’s defect.
ONLINE RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
- Returned items must arrive in a condition where they can be resold (unused, unwashed with tags & packaging etc).
- Keep proof of shipment & tracking until your return has been processed.
IN-STORE RETURNS
- Bring items along with your proof of purchase to any REALISM retailer within the 14 days of receiving your order. As an additional precaution, we encourage you to call prior to going in store to check for stock levels.
- To receive your exchange / refund item must be un-used, un-washed & returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- If you already exchanged an item then you cannot exchange again.
- If you request an exchange for an item and the item is not available you will be given store credit.
- The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene: socks, beanies and all types of accessories.
- Online purchases can be returned at a REALISM retailer and vice-versa with receipt.
- Exchanges can take up to 7 days from the time they are received at our facility.
